Artifactory stores it's binaries in files named as their checksums.
The old filesystem layout needlessly nested the binaries under 3 levels of
folders (each named with the first few characters of the checksum) while
the new layout stores the binaries under 1 level.
The count in the log you've quoted actually represents the number of first
level folders.
