Hi,
Artifactory should download the necessary artifacts upon maven requests.
Do you see something in Artifactory logs? (artifactory.log, request.log) it
might help to pin point the problem.
If you don't see anything there, maybe the request didn't even reach
Artifactory, in that case perhaps there is an issue with your proxy.
