Hi Prashant,

I don't know which file is the problem, but I can tell you how I would find 
out: use Process Monitor 
(http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx).  It allows you 
to monitor all file accesses across the system, so you can look for "file not 
found" messages and that might give you a clue.

I would
* start Process Monitor
* turn off capturing, then clear the log (otherwise it will record lots of file 
accesses before you start Artifactory).
* get ready to start Artifactory (get the Services app up, or a Command Prompt 
with "net start Artifactory" ready).
* turn on capturing
* start Artifactory
* as soon as you know the error has happened, turn off capturing again.
