I am facing the same problem. I am upgrading from version 2.2.2(derby) to 3.1.1.1(oracle). To check consistency in artifact count I just exported third-party-releases-local ( artifact count 378 , size 1.65 GB) and then imported to 3.1.1.1 . After import I have found that artifact count for third-party-releases-local is 495, but storage report shows that size of third-party-releases-local is 1.65 GB.
Can you please explain, why the difference is so big 378 to 495.
