As far as I can see from the docs, there's not way to convert the database
directly from 1.2.5 to 3.1.x. Although it's all open source, so if you really
wanted to make one yourself, nothing's stopping you.

into v3.1.1.1.
Can anyone tell me if this is possible? I've set up a new v3.1.1.1 to replace
our current v1.2.5. We want to populate our new one with the artifacts in the
old one. Given how far apart these two versions are, I'm assuming I cannot just
export from the one and import into the other, without manipulating the data
after exporting it.
Is my assumption correct? If so, is there a way to accomplish this?
