It would seem that the uninstall.sh script may not be the right thing to
use.  I have never used it.  On artifactory 2.x and 3.0.x, we use rpm for
both install/uninstall.

It was intuitive for us  to use the same tool to remove as to install.

rpm -i ... to install with

rpm -e ... to remove

try:

        rpm -e artifactory
