When you are trying to push NuGet package into Artifactory NuGet local
repository, you should add the 'api/nuget' to the the URL before the
repository name.
For example:

nuget push mypackage.1.0.0.nupkg -Source http://host:port/artifactory/
api/nuget/nuget-local/path/do/deploy/
