Hi Rafael, if you haven't found it already, I found it. There's a link to "the Logback Framework" right at the top (http://logback.qos.ch/), and that has a page which includes log rotation: http://logback.qos.ch/manual/appenders.html.
I'm about to post a message following up my thread http://sourceforge.net/p/artifactory/mailman/message/32848584/ about a work-around I had to put in for a bug which can (under unknown conditions) cause real performance problems.
