Hi,
Is the dependency you are trying to resolve is a gradle artifact with a
proper gradle layout situated in a repository in Artifactory with a gradle
layout?
If you are able to resolve the artifact when declaring a repository in your
build.gradle file as a maven repository then your artifact is using a maven
layout, otherwise it wouldn’t be able to resolve it.
Even if you set the repository in your Artifactory to use a gradle layout
and your artifact has a maven layout, the Artifactory plugin will most
likely still be able to resolve it.
Cheers,
Gal
