Works well by using RepositoriesUtils.
Here's my working DSL code snippet if any of you is looking for similar;
*import org.jfrog.hudson.util.*
def servers = RepositoriesUtils.getArtifactoryServers()
def server = RepositoriesUtils.getArtifactoryServer('<SERVER-URL>', servers)
println server.name*
