The error which you are getting contains the old Tomcat version (7.0.42), it seems that your $ARTIFACTORY_HOME <http://www.jfrog.com/confluence/display/RTF/Deploying+on+Servlet+Containers#DeployingonServletContainers-TheARTIFACTORY_HOMEFolder> isn't properly configured.
