>From the exception in the log section you sent, it can be seen that the
error is caused when Jenkins attempts to create a new change list in
Perforce using the Perforce java client (com.perforce.p4java.client).
It is possible that there is something wrong in the Perforce configuration,
but it is hard to tell what exactly causes the issue from looking at the
logs only and some more troubleshooting is probably required.
