It looks to me like it got hung on a database query.  What database are you
running?  How many artifacts are you storing in your artifactory?  If it's
small, you might consider exporting the filestore, wiping the database, and
reimporting it.  That may be easier than trying to figure out what's wrong
with your database.

Also, have you considered running a version that's less than 4 years old?
