Hi, The Artifactory cloud version does not support backing up your data to a local drive. All maintenance and backup jobs are handled by JFrog but these are only for disaster recovery purposes.
There are a couple of options you might want to consider, since you have an on-premise installation of Artifactory, you could create remote repositories on it that proxy your cloud instance's repositories and run some kind of script that downloads the data to the on-premise instance. Another option, which is only supported with the Pro version of Artifactory only, is to configure pull replication <http://www.jfrog.com/confluence/display/RTF/Repository+Replication#RepositoryReplication-PullReplication> from these repositories in order to pull the content from the cloud instance.
