We just upgraded from artifactory powerpack 3.9.1 to your latest version
4.2.0.
We followed the upgrade instructions to the original directory
(D:/artifactory-powerpack-3.9.1).
Before we installed the service I renamed the directory to
D:/artifactory-powerpack-prod.
When I started up Artifactory it recreated the artifactory-powerpack-3.9.1
and created an empty Derby database.
To get our original data back we did an import of our data and we now see
our data, but we are tied to the old directory.
I found two property files that contained the path to the old directory.
data/derby/service.properties:#D:\artifactory-powerpack-3.9.1\data\derby
etc/storage.properties:url=jdbc:derby:D:/artifactory-powerpack-3.9.1/data/derby;create=true
Couple questions:
Why are there two different property files?
Is there a way to change the URL to not have the full path? Can it use the
$ARTIFACTORY_HOME environment variable?
What would be the best way to get the data under our new directory
(artifactory-powerpack-prod)?
Thanks,
Chris
