Hi Elad,

I don't know, but as someone who's been co-ordinating a number of in-house 
teams using Artifactory for quite a while now, I'd urge you not to do that.  
Just publish a new version with the files you need added, and delete the old 
one if you're sure nobody has downloaded it.  Otherwise you risk making it hard 
to reproduce builds.

Can you tell us what kind of file you're trying to add -- that is, what you're 
really trying to achieve?
