Have you considered doing this with docker?  Its really the right tool for
what you're trying to do.

However the file you're going to want to edit is
$ARTIFACTORY_HOME/tomcat/conf/server.xml you can get artifactory running on
a different port from there.  don't forget to make another user for the
other artifactory (not actually necessary, but way safer)
