Artifactory distributions (ZIP, RPM, Deb) does not include an NginX server. You will need to install Nginx in order to setup a reverse proxy (or any other choice of reverse HTTP proxy, for example Apache HTTPd). Once you have NginX installed you will be able to find the 'sites-enabled' directory. Usually it can be found at //etc/nginx/sites-enabled/.
