We ran into this when upgrading from 3.9.4 to 4.5.1. Our searches were
working with no issues then the same LDAP groups we had configured in
Artifactory started failing with this error. The only way we were able to
get around the issue was to add a value to the Search Base setting for the
LDAP group in Artifactory. Now it finds the group, but essentially we're
pointing directly to the group itself. I believe this will cause any other
searches to fail if we were to ever add a nested group under this one.
