The most recent stable aRts version is the KDE2.0.1 version (called 0.4.0).
There should be binaries for this for most distributions, as it is included
in kdemultimedia. The most recent development aRts version is the one
currently in the KDE CVS (more complete), released also with KDE2.1beta1.
I don't think packaging/maintaining aRts/CORBA any longer is a good idea.
Seems like it is really necessary to update the homepage!
