3um is at the edge of the range we're usually calculating with ARTS, but 
otherwise it should be fine. Take also into account that ARTS does not support 
a solar source.

If you're using the stable ARTS 2.2 version, try to deactivate the NetCDF 
feature completely by running

cmake -DNO_NETCDF=1 .

in your build directory. It could be that a system-installed NetCDF library was 
auto-detected, but turns out to be incompatible with ARTS.
