Request Notes : I would like someone with Agile Development Management tool
experience. Plan, conduct, and direct the analysis of complex business
problems to be solved with automated systems. Take projects from original
concept through final implementation and provide a single point of contact
for those projects. Develop high level proposals, and define project scope
and objectives. Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates,
resource plans, and status reports. Conduct project meetings and is
responsible for project tracking and analysis. Recommend and take action to
direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Typically lead
cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Educate
and influence peers in project management disciplines. * Responsible for all
phases of multiple highly complex projects and provides a single point of
contact for those projects (includes developing project timelines, obtaining
resources, and managing the project budget). * Define project scope and
objectives, along with the applicable detailed work plans, schedules,
project estimates, and resource plans. * Work independently with end-users
and business partners to understand requirements and design and estimate
solutions. * Communicate project implications to large number of
constituents affected. * Assist with development, implementation, and
maintenance of an engagement management model, as well as ensure it is
aligned with corporate engagement models. * Establish a close relationship
across businesses and with top management, both IT and business, to ensure
strategic and tactical plans are in place, appropriate and executable. *
Conduct project meetings and responsible for project tracking, deliverables,
and status reports. * Institutionalize SDVLC system development life cycle
process and ensure this methodology is implemented to effectively initiate
project management processes and techniques. * Develop solutions to problems
of unusual complexity, which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity,
and innovativeness. Challenges are frequently unique and solutions may serve
as precedent for future decisions. * Provide technical and analytical
guidance to project team, in support of issue and risk resolutions. * Ensure
that systems and the information on them are protected in accordance with
Information Protection Policies and Standards, as well as best Information
Protection practices. * 15+ years of IT or related experience with B.A or
B.S.; 13+ years of IT or related experience with M.A. or M.S. * Minimum of
five years of system and people management experience. * Minimum of five
years of project management experience. * Technical Experience (two or more
required): Relational Database Management, Oracle, SQL, java, Unix, Solaris
O/S, Intel Server, Storage Area Network, Telecomm, WAN/ LAN, Documentum, EAI
tools, SAP R/3, Other ERP or Commercial Enterprise software. * Business
Experience (two or more areas required): Finance, Accounting, Discrete
Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, Product Development, Research &
Development, Regulatory, Quality, Distribution, Sales, Marketing, Human
Resources, Call Center, Service Management, Facilities.
