*Java developer with EJB/Jboss/REST at Broomfield, CO *J2EE Developer will: Drive complex software design and development, with delivery responsibility through the entire life cycle Use a disciplined approach for design, development, maintenance, and documentation of commercial software products Work in a team of skilled interdisciplinary professionals in an aggressive and fast-paced environment Design, code, test and debug complex, multi-tier web service applications Promote and proactively improve standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the Development Life Cycle Develop solutions to complex problems which require ingenuity and innovation Analyze system functional and performance requirements to support design architectures Estimate effort for completing new features, enhancements, and defect fixes Lead efforts to scope and prioritize design requirements to meet product requirements Shepherd the design process and drive decisions Experience of the following: - Spring; - RDBMS and JDBC - An enterprise-level Application Server (e.g. jBOSS, Sun AS, WebLogic, OC4J(AS), Glassfish, etc.). - EJB; - ORM Tool (e.g. Hibernate, IBATIS); - Web Framework (e.g. Struts, Wicket, etc.); - Build and Integration Tool (e.g. Ant, Maven, etc.); - SOA; - REST - PLSQL and Stored Procedures; - JMS; - LDAP; - Design Patterns; - Methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall). - Development in a load-balanced environment Personal Requirements: Ability to work as part of a team Good written and verbal and communication skills
