Troubleshoots issues with systems, and works with the appropriate resources to resolve them. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The .Net Developer will be required to take requirements directly from the Business Analysis team and develop solutions as per standards. They will work closely with the Business Analysts to gain a good understanding of the specifications and time lines. They will provide full support for the team regarding issues, feature discussions, and/or enhancements. Developer has the ability to work in a high paced and challenging environment and use analytical skills. *Specific issue at hand:* Our Company would like to develop a web based solution for their sales quota process. Our company needs a tool where many users can access the tool and only be displayed the data assigned to them. Further, users need to be able to make changes to the data and those changes need to be validated against a set of business rules to ensure the changes can be made/saved. If a change fails a validation check a warning message needs to be displayed. Changes to the data in the tool need to be feed into SQL Server 2008. I.e., this tool needs to call up data from SQL Server 2008 and display, allow changes in specified fields and if those changes pass validation need to be written to a table in SQL Server 2008. We are looking for someone who can help design and implement this tool.
