Work closely with Remedy* *Support staff and members of customer staff in designing, collaborating and building technical testing and training programs* *and plans in the areas of Remedy Action Request System (ARS). Being an astute communicator with representatives of the* *customer organization from all levels is germane to this position* *BMC Software. Must be willing to learn other vendor service management tools* *Secondary Skills : Administration and development of the Remedy Action Request System (ARS), Atrium CMDB, and Remedy ITSM applications from* *Certifications : PMP* *Industry Experience : 7 Years* *Job Description * *· Bachelor's degree in an IT field, business management or related field.
