Dear Business Partner, Please send me the suitable resumes along with contact details and rate on c2c of your consultants for the following positions. *Please add [email protected] <[email protected]> AND [email protected] <[email protected]> to your hotlist distribution list.* QA with Strong SQL & Foreign Exchange / financial exp Charlotte, NC In this position, you'll have the opportunity to: design and write formal test plans and test specifications to address system, integration, and data conversion testing. - Develop QA artifacts (i.e. Test Plan, test cases, traceability matrix etc.), and execute scripts. - Partner with business and development partners to create detailed test plans and validation strategies. - Identify and document defects in a defect tracking system and manage issues/defects through resolution. - Provide communication and statuses to QA Lead and project stakeholders. - Manually execute detailed test procedures designed to validate application functional requirements. - Ensure software requirements are verifiable and quantifiable with the ability to build test cases. - Contribute to efficient and effective program and system solutions in solving medium-complex business problems. -Analyze, test, and certify application-specific software and perform ambiguity reviews of business requirements, use cases and technical specification documents. - Provide project sizing and planning capacity for the release. -Log, track, and verify resolution of software and specification defects. -Analysis of project documents (PDD, BRD, FSD, SAS, TSD, etc). - Participate in planning and directing testing milestones/schedules and assignments, and monitoring project status in comparison to cost/time projections. - Assesses testing risks and offers options on appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure certification of the code with quality. -Train new staff as well as continuing education of existing staff Other duties include planning, testing, and production certification of software applications in a multi-Operating System and network environment. Perform moderate complex to complex test data conditioning, regression testing and testing validation. Must coordinate and participate in end-to-end testing activities with numerous interfacing partners and SORs, hands-on-testing, and monitor/track to resolution application defects. Advise and consult on the sizing of WQA testing efforts for new projects. Works with business and development partners to establish and maintain a consistent approach in the execution of the Wholesale QA process. Creates, prepares, and conducts quality assurance reviews and develops test plans and manual test scripts. Utilizes technical/functional knowledge of applications to provide assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving moderate complex test problems. Documents all phases of the QA process. In order to be considered for the role candidates should have experience with the following: STRONG MANUAL TESTING, STRONG SQL, Little bit of automation experience FX is a plus.
