Please go through the below requirement, If you are comfortable with this position please send me your updated resume to [email protected] *WAS Admin - Build* Location: El Dorado Hills, CA Duration—10+ months *WebSphere Application Server (WAS) ND 7.0 experience* - Installation / Fixpack Updates - Configuration through the admin console - Trouble-shooting - Application deployments - Security / ssl configurations - Architecture IBM HTTP Server - Conf file configuration - Plug-in configurations Java application knowledge - Components of an application (war, jar, jsp, xml, properties, etc) Experience with automation (deployments, environment and configuration management promotion) Background with source control repositories Background in the SDLC process Excellent communication skills Excellent documentation skills Experience working with Source Control Management Team, Developers and Project Managers Ability to envision Solution Approach and environment managmenet including breakfixes, long term solutions, root cause analysis Ability to deliver the solution from beginning to end Scripting experience with the following languages: jython (python), ant, shell - Familiarity with the wsadmin interface Unix / Linux mid-level experience with the OS (OS trouble-shooting, file system, memory, cpu, crons, etc ..) Experience in tools for performance monitoring and analyzing the logs/dumps.
