Preferred WFM application is NICE-IEX (this is the current application they are using) but will consider someone who has experience with Aspect, Verint, or Genesys WFM. • Understanding of First Derivatives’ Delta Software and functionalities • Experience supporting the network, software and hardware for multiple systems throughout the enterprise.
