Position: WFM Resource(Work Force Management)

Location: Charlotte, NC or Denver, CO

Contract Length: 18 months



*Job Description :*

•             Workforce Management experience including implementation,
ongoing maintenance of schedules and staffing database, and the development
of ad-hoc reports. Preferred WFM application is NICE-IEX (this is the
current application they are using) but will consider someone who has
experience with Aspect, Verint, or Genesys WFM.

•             Understanding of First Derivatives’ Delta Software and
functionalities

•             Experience supporting the network, software and hardware for
multiple systems throughout the enterprise. This support included working
directly with internal customers and vendors to solve easy to complex
problems



*Responsible for:*

•             The support and maintenance of multiple workforce management
environments including troubleshooting of complex issues and providing
support

•             Working directly with the vendor on the planning and design
of future releases of the workforce management application

•             Documenting, testing and deploying large system upgrades
including both infrastructure and application upgrades
