This job is all around Windows 7, ideally they would have a certification. *Description is listed below but again, less about the description, more about Windows 7*. *Windows 7 certification strongly desired Responsibilities: * The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for providing routine IT support on hardware and software utilized by the organization This will entail maintaining PCs, troubleshooting network connectivity, setting up new employee/contractor, and providing prompt customer service.
