*Position: PeopleSoft Financials Reporting Team LeadLocation:  Austin,
TXDuration: 8+ Months*

*10+ Years of Exp is MUST & Visa Copy Required for Submission.*

   - This position will perform PeopleSoft/Oracle technical report
   development services; specifically query and report development,
   performance tuning and object migration.  The worker must have extensive
   knowledge of what is required to convert PeopleSoft Crystal reports to
   PeopleSoft BI Publisher based reports.
   - The worker must also have extensive knowledge of nVision, SQR and
   complex SQL.
   - This position requires multi-tasking, exercising initiative and
   independent judgment.
   - The worker should have extensive experience with SQL/PSQL, index,
   optimization, and performance tuning on Oracle database version 11.x.
   - Knowledge of PeopleSoft integrated functionality, data structure and
   transactional relationships between the General Ledger, Accounts Payable,
   Purchasing, Asset Management and Commitment Control modules.


Currently, client has Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing and
Asset Management from PeopleSoft Financials version 8.8 implemented. On
September 1, 2017 client will move to PeopleSoft 9.2 version

Services could include involvement during routine maintenance windows,
weekends, and evenings if needed.

*Duties for this position will include:*
•    Diagnose and resolve production reporting problems related to
PeopleSoft Financials 8.8
•    Create and maintain PeopleSoft reports
•    Create and maintain complex SQR code
•    Tune and debug complex SQR and SQL
•    Perform object migration using Stat migration tool
•    Responsible for working with the Functional and Technical Teams, DBAs,
and Business users on production support issues.
•    Assist 9.2 team in gathering requirements, analysis, design, testing,
and implementation of PeopleSoft 9.2;
•    Assist 9.2 team in evaluating existing reports in 8.8 and creating or
recreating those reports deemed business critical in PeopleSoft 9.2;
•    Leads and supports Reporting Analyst by assigning and monitoring
tasks, prioritizing, and optimizing the development of reports;
•    Possesses expertise in Structured Query Report (SQR), Crystal version
2008, nVision and PeopleSoft Query (PeopleTools 8.52), BI Publisher and
testing;
•    Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft application development, debugging,
data conversion, and implementation methodologies;
•    Strong abilities in report/query analysis, troubleshooting, re-design,
conversion, indexing, and SQL query optimization and performance tuning;
•    Practical application of the development life cycle, requirements,
design, development, unit and integration testing, and acceptance testing;
•    Strong skills and experience in PeopleSoft version 8.8 and 9.2
Financial public sector product suite;
•    Must have strong communication skills to interact with staff, users
and management; as well as having the ability to be a technical driving
force within the development group.
•    Must have strong organizational, planning and documentation skills.
This position will need to possess an in-depth understanding of technical
design and be capable of serving as a technical quality assurance
programmer/consultant.
•    Completes tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
•    Provides various administrative services and reports necessary to
maintain production status, schedule, and quality
•    Perform rotating on-call duties related to reporting support (24x7) if
needed
•    Perform related reporting work as assigned
•    Follow agency standards and guidelines

*Required Technical Skills:*
•    8 years of Experience with PeopleSoft Developer in an 8.8 or higher
version of PeopleSoft Financials.
•    8 years of Experience in SQR, Crystal, nVision, PS Query, and PS/SQL
•    8 years of Experience in designing, creating, and overseeing reporting
for large complex high availability PeopleSoft Financial Systems.
•    8 years of Experience conducting design sessions with subject matter
experts and business process owners to meet reporting requirements.
•    8 years of Experience with Microsoft Suite (Projects, Visio, Excel,
Word, Power Point)
•    6 years of Experience as a PeopleSoft Reporting Lead for large
PeopleSoft projects.
•    4 years of Experience writing and reviewing detailed test scripts for
System, Integration, and User Acceptance Test Phases.
•    2 years of Experience converting PeopleSoft Crystal reports to
PeopleSoft BI Publisher based reports
•    2 years of Experience teaming with business owners and technical staff
in a complex, large scale PeopleSoft environment 8.8 to 9.2
•    2 years of Experience with PeopleTools 8.52 or greater
•    Strong Teamwork skills, ability to lead collaboration with other
functional and technical staff on the project.  Proven project team
building skills
•    Strong Must have strong communication, organizational, planning, and
documentation skills to interact with staff, users, and management; as well
as having the ability to be a technical driving force within the
development group.
•    Strong Knowledge of PeopleSoft 8.8 or higher integrated functionality,
data structure and transactional relationships between the General Ledger,
Accounts Payable, Purchasing,  Asset Management, and Commitment Control
modules
•    Strong Ability to work with development/migration tools.  This
position will need to possess an in-depth understanding of technical design
and be capable of serving as a technical quality assurance
programmer/consultant.

*Preference:*
•    8 years of Understanding of computer related tools, methods, platforms
and operating systems.
•    4 years of Public sector experience (Federal, State or Local
Government).
•    Modules G/L, A/P, AM, PO, eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier
Contract Management
•    Strong Ability to set and meet functional team deadlines while
maintaining an even disposition
•    Strong Experience with Golden Gate Software data replication tool
•    Strong Experience with the PeopleSoft 9.x Modules G/L, A/P, AM, PO,
eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contract Management
