Position: Jr. Project Manager

*Location: Racine, WI *

*Duration: 6 months+*

*Pay Rate: $40-45/hr all inclusive Max*

*Summary:*

Serve as Project Manager for multiple projects within I&O in support of
both business partner and BPT initiatives. Position generally responsible
for projects requiring integration of I&O services.



*Responsibilities:*
• Work with cross functional partners to define project scope and success
criteria.
• Manage IT projects, initiation through closeout, as assigned and within
the parameters of cost, quality, schedule and objectives
• Develop and maintain project plans and budgets, while ensuring project
milestones are met.
• Provide consistent, two-way communication between project teams and
management.
• Ensure alignment with Senior Leadership through regular milestone
updates.
• Manage relationships and contractual obligations with project related
external suppliers.
• Provide leadership for the Project Management process.
• Works independently and mentors other project managers.
• Responsible for the pursuit of cost reductions and maximizing value on
all assigned projects.

*Required Skills:*
• 7-10 years of relevant IT experience

• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• PMI (PMP) Certification is considered a plus
• Experience leading cross functional projects against demanding timelines.
Microsoft Project experience required.
• Experience working with a global team.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, challenge and influence peers.
• Adept at working productively with all BPT functions including external
suppliers.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate
accurately and concisely to all levels within the company ranging from team
members to Senior Leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and communicate work load
prioritization within and between project teams; well organized.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency and decisiveness; takes prompt action to
accomplish goals; proactively attempts to influence events rather than
passively accept outcomes.
• Independently, and working with others, able to generate new, innovative
ideas and associated technologies to improve consumer value and reduce
costs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems/Technology or equivalent
