Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate through all levels of the organization • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Bachelor's degree in the field of business administration, computer science, or management information systems. • 5+ years of experience supporting Merchandising Supply Chain solutions such as SAP (MM, SD, IS-R, WMS) • Experience with Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Training/Systems • Advanced ability supporting users in SAP system modules such as MM, SD, IS-R, WMS is preferred. • Advanced knowledge of merchandising business processes. These include forecasting, replenishment, allocations, purchasing, order management, store planning, assortment planning, master data, pricing, and promotions. • Advanced understading of principles of SAP material management system modules such as MM,IM, and SD. • Advanced understanding the capabilities and limitations of the native SAP technical architecture/solution. • Advanced knowledge of IDOCs. • Advanced knowledge of tables and SQL concepts. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite. • Advanced ability to work independently, work in a fast paced environment, and manage workload prioritization to deliver high quality work products on time with minimal direction. • Demonstrated collaboration skills with the ability to handle conflict and to work with a distributed team. • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal. • Advanced critical thinking skills with the ability to move beyond proven problem-solving approaches to formulate solutions.
