*Onsite: On location at the Client's site 100% of the time. No telecommuting or remote work.* *Description: Our Client, a government agency, is looking to hire a SAP CRM Functional Consultant in Tallahassee, FL.* *Responsibilities:* *• Assist in the periodic review and revision of the Operations and Maintenance sections of the CAMS Enterprise Project Plan;* *• Use the PPM tool to record time and progress reporting;* *• Root cause analysis and resolution plan implementation;* *• Assist in the planning, preparation and release of major and minor updates (e.g., hotpacks and version releases);* *• Resolve test deficiencies for new functionality, code changes, new configurations or new / upgraded software installed and integrated into the CAMS Production environment;* *• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of user roles and other system access profiles;* *• Update training documents to reflect changes.* *Requirements:* *• Experience in SAP CRM (3-5 years);* *• Experience with ERP applications or object oriented analysis and design;* *• Experience with basic CRM architecture; Enterprise Central Component (ECC) and Business Intelligence (BI) modules;* *• Experience with ABAP code;* *• Experience with requirements development and system design;* *• Experience in the functional and business process areas of Child Support;* *• Experience with CAMS;* *• Experience with HPQC;* *• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint;* *• Experience of supporting implementation of OSS notes;* *• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or other related field or equivalent work experience;* *• PMI or PMP certification (desired).* *Thanks & Regards* *Ranjith Kumar* *Ph:(925) 973-0000 x 232(Off) * *ranj...@allianceit.com <ranj...@allianceit.com>* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Companies Looking for IT Out Staffing & Recruitment" group.
