Need Backup Administrator---Clayton North Carolina MOI-Telephonic
EAD, GC, USC Do you have any candidates that fit this background for a long term contract. Need to have EMC networker, backup exec and veritas. Located in Clayton North Carolina. NWN has an immediate opening Backup Administrator / Systems Administrator. This teammate is responsible for the configuration, maintenance and support of the backup and recovery platform(s). Currently this includes VERITAS Backup Exec and EMC NetWorker environments. Additionally, we need someone with experience with taking backups images of the lab systems (desktops mostly) and restoring from backups. This Systems Administrator will be responsible for the various media targets for backup which includes a variety tape libraries, virtual tape libraries (VTL) and disk arrays. The Backup Administrator is also instrumental in developing disaster recovery procedures and testing those procedures annually.
