SAP Basis Admin AUSTIN, Texas Job Description: Management and Hands on Delivery of the SAP BASIS Operational Support services for large SAP implementations. The candidate will provide leadership to the SAP operations team with a focus on driving Service Delivery excellence and continually improving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: *Manage the day to day delivery of SAP operational support services * Point of contact for SAP technical escalations * Hands on support of SAP Applications and ensuring Service LevelAgreements (SLAs) compliance * Manage the interaction and communication with the client and project executives * Attend service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes * Own incident, problem and Change management across all competencies including SAP application as well as infrastructure * Point of escalation for delivery issues * Interface with all delivery competencies including application, database, shared infrastructure and service center to resolve issues * Drive resolution of chronic issues and problem management * Communicate with senior Client Executives on major escalations * Own client satisfaction. Skills and Experience Required: * Hands on experience in SAP installation, upgrade and support of SAP BASIS NetWeaver environments * Hands on experience supporting several SAP products like Enterprise Portal(EP),Business Warehouse (BW), Master Data Management (MDM), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM),Customer Relationship Management(CRM),Supply Chain Management (SCM), etc. * Experience in setting up High Availability and Disaster Recovery Systems * Experience in Performance analysis * Experience in SAP Transport Management System (STMS) configuration and administration * Experience in Language installations * Experience in Client copy and deletion * Experience in Support Pack Stack (SPS) upgrade & kernel upgrades * Install and maintain add-ons * Experience in Database administration * Knowledge of Oracle, DB2, Sybase andSQL Server databases * Knowledge of AIX, Linux and Windows * Analysis backup and recovery procedures implementation * Demonstrated knowledge of SAP Solution Manager installation, administration and configuration of Early Watch Alert reports * Manage SAP landscape configuration documentation * Demonstrated skills in communication and customer management with ability to work with a global team in a multi vendor environment * Ability to effectively present technical proposals and analysis to seniormanagement * Demonstrated understanding of service management concepts, SLAs, performance metrics, root cause analysis and remediation * Experience in planning, leading and coordinating complex changes * Proactively maintaining the landscape and giving expert recommendation to customers *Identifying and developing standard operating procedures, as well as scripts to improve service delivery Thanks & Regards Shailesh Swarky Solutions, MN shail...@swarkysolutions.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Companies Looking for IT Out Staffing & Recruitment" group.
