Create technical documentation, standards and work process of current, developing, and future agency requirements. All support services and contract deliverables will be in accordance with Client’s software and data architectures as described in the IRM Strategic Plan. Dell Enterprise Single Sign-On is Windows based and will involve components installed on Windows servers and workstations. *The SME will have expertise in the following:* - The Contractor must have at least three years’ experience with ESSO (at the current and previous version levels). This experience should be with a centrally managed site having at least 80,000 clients. - Ability to document their work processes and products - Ability to create testing documentation for software and user processes - Awareness of industry best practices related to Single Sign-On and Windows Authentication Security - Ability to review logs and audit trails to troubleshoot ESSO problems - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Capability to use and update SharePoint - Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create business documents, presentations, and reports - On-going performance monitoring, and on-site product support, not covered under software vendor’s standard maintenance programs for ESSO. - Migration to new releases of ESSO. - Application of product fixes for ESSO. - Assessment services that include assessments of SSA’s technology environment and recommendations for improvement of product usage, configuration, performance, and operational processes related to ESSO. - Knowledge transfer to Client personnel to cover the scope of ESSO. *Sub-Task 1: ESSO Installation, Configuration, and maintenance* *Purpose:* Install, Configure, and maintain ESSO software on Windows Servers and Workstations *Activities:* Install and configure Windows servers to support ESSO. Install and configure ESSO software on Windows servers and workstations. Apply vender maintenance and security updates. Perform regular maintenance to ensure that ESSO servers and software are secure and capable of performing their function. Provide Reporting and Auditing from the software upon request. *Sub-Task 2: Problem Resolution* *Purpose:* Troubleshoot customer issues with ESSO and Windows authentication.
