*No H1B QUALIFICATIONS:* People who will be successful in this position are those who: 1. Oracle technology (e.g. Fusion middleware, databases) a. Experience with Oracle Upgrades (especially from 11g to 12c) desired 2. Bachelors or Master's Degree with 5-7 years, preferably in a healthcare environment, government experience a plus. 3. Excellent communication skills used to communicating with IT and business management, technology vendor and third-party delivery partners. 4. Must be a self-starter, have a broad technical background, possess both critical-thinking and analytical skills and must be able to manage and prioritize many tasks at any given time. 5. Infrastructure fundamentals (disaster recovery, data replication, application hosting). 6. Experience in the following technologies: a. Experience across both Java and .Net b. SQL Server, PL/SQL, c. XML d. Web services, SOAP, RESTful, SOA e. Object Oriented Programming f. Unit Testing, Continuous Integration & Test Driven Development 7. Experience of working with both waterfall and Agile project development methodologies 8. Ability to work with minimal supervision. 9. Advanced experience in Microsoft Office products: MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; knowledge of SharePoint, ALM a plus.
