We are in need of a senior/Lead *Biztalk/.Net developer* for a long term
project in Miami, FL. They are looking for a senior .Net developer who has
become a Biztalk developer. They want someone who can perform as a full
stack .Net developer as well as doing Biztalk development. They have three
years’ worth of projects so this will be long term. Candidates in Florida
are a huge plus but not necessary. This is a phone and Skype to hire. The
client has indicated there could be some flexibility in rate for the right
candidate so please send even if over the rate. They are moving. They have
interviewed two of our candidates but passed on them because of
communication skills and .Net strength. *There is also an Automation piece
so they must have automation experience (BAM)*. See managers notes below.
Please do not send me candidates without lead experience. Please do not
send me .Net developers with no Biztalk.

Managers notes

   - (7) years or more of experience as a BizTalk application developer
   - (7) years or more of experience in developing WCF service
   - (7) years or more experience with, and proficiency in, C# and XML/XSL
   (.Net platform development)
   - When developing any application or process, there has to be a defined
way of monitoring this once it is live in Production.
   -
   - This is where Automation and monitoring comes into play and how it can
be deployed to work hand-in-hand ensure that when a problem does occur,
that we can be proactive instead of reactive.
   -
   - The principles reflect:
   - 1. Alerting
   - 2. Service Desks
   - 3. Pro-active Monitoring
   -
   - We can’t put something into the Enterprise and expect it to be
handheld throughout the course of its life.
   - Of course that is the culture here at Ryder, I am pushing to change
that (hence the reason why these types of questions are being ask during
   the interview.)
   - This is the key factor to having a successful enterprise.
   - Understanding those principles and how to use the tools without having
unnecessary duplication of tasks and human intervention globally.
