Please email the resume ASAP to *sia.nationalrecrui...@gmail.com**. .* Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide formal leadership for the Project Services Group including; team development, mentorship, performance conversations, individual career development of team members, manage team utilization as a whole, manage individual team member schedules and utilization targets, and group level assessment and planning of skill development required to provide services offerings. - Support new lifecycle services rollouts. - Support services and product sales and marketing efforts. - Create processes/procedures to allow the infrastructure services team to effectively support our installed base customers - Support Systems Solutions business unit planning process. - Collaborate with sales management and other business units. Qualifications: - B.S. Degree in Engineering or equivalent desired. - 10+ years in an engineering field desired. - 5+ years of engineering group management or project management experience a plus. - Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills and proven ability to lead a team of highly skilled individuals.
