This includes the following technologies: - Cisco UCM (including Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Voice Mail, Cisco telephones and Cisco LAN/WAN switches and gateways) - Cisco IP Contact Center (UCXX) (including Cisco CAD, Cisco Supervisor Desktop, and Call Center Reporting) Duties include managing call distribution routing, skills matrix maintenance, IVR management, network performance, and reporting. In addition, this position has responsibility for Business Continuity – Disaster Recovery (BC-DR) as it relates to telephony and network. This includes regular testing of all BC-DR plans and processes. *QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:* 3-5 years experience in call center/telecom administration with 1-3 hands-on experience. Knowledge of Cisco Telephony solutions, IP telephony, and network technologies is required.
