(GIS) organization is looking for a Senior Java Architect to develop and drive this engine emissions reporting and conformance solution. As an Information Systems (I/S) Specialist, you will apply software architecture technical expertise for the Emissions Regulatory and Conformance (ERC) business related suite of applications. Candidate will be responsible for the following; Lead technical architect for distributed Java Web solutions, directing team of Java and Database application developers, seasoned knowledge of Java Web driven application system, from both a business and technical point of view, translating business functional requirements into complex technical specifications for Java and Oracle based application development, creating and directing IT technical documentation. Typical Day Candidate will need to understand coding, admissions, business processes and work with team to deliver applications to meet process partner needs.
