*We accept all visa candidates - open on c2c, c2H and W2* Position: UX Design Lead Location: Peoria , IL - 24 months project *Job Description:* As a User Experience (UX) Design Lead you will have responsibility for shaping the overall design and user experience for Caterpillars parts and service information applications. Developing user centric experiences that create best-in-class digital interactions across various platforms including desktop computers, tablets, and mobile devices. for parts and service media. You will represent the end user and implement user-centered methodologies across the product team to ensure consistent designs and execution *Position's Contributions to Work Group:* A candidate must be able to fully execute the UX lifecycle. This includes working with dealers and customers to develop a deep understanding of user needs, translating those needs into intuitive and innovative designs, developing the creative assets, and bring the vision forward with wireframes and templates for rapid prototyping. And finally collaborate with the development team to envision an exceptional product experience based on an understanding of user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. *Typical Day:* Working with dealers and customers to develop a deep understanding of user needs, translating those needs into intuitive and innovative designs, developing the creative assets, and bring the vision forward with wireframes and templates for rapid prototyping. And finally collaborate with the development team to envision an exceptional product experience based on an understanding of user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. *Critical Technical Skills:* * Proficiency designing and prototyping with tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure, Keynote, and InVision * Familiarity with the technical considerations needed when designing * Experience designing customer facing products * Ability to demonstrate designs with functional prototypes in HTML 5/CSS, Axure, InVision, Flinto, or similar * Understanding of the current state of technology and best practices * Strong practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, web-based information architecture and design-understand accepted UX process standards * Demonstrated strong visual design expertise with ability to produce fresh, simple, elegant and exceedingly usable layouts and interactions and iconography *Candidates are expected to provide an online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices *Soft Skills Required:* * Fluent in English, with excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills including the ability to communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization * Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment * Ability to own and drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects and prioritizing tasks * Experience working in a collaborative team, publicly white-boarding, and working directly with developers for implementation of designs Thanks Sia 913-703-4656 <(913)%20703-4656> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Companies Looking for IT Out Staffing & Recruitment" group.
