Marshall owned the former Deal Pharmacy - the licensce was lost for apaprently selling samples...Marshall and his family own University Property Management - he also challenged (and is) various "animal" house laws- with numerous other landlords. Some arguments are valid, others are not- he is pretty much exiting out of the college rentals - to some degree - and has moved up- if not mistaken- they probably control around 200 units - in AP, LB, OT, OG etc. Includes single family, condos etc. He bought at the "right" time- and pursued the rental market real hard. Fox is representing various groups of landlords in trying to get the laws clarified etc etc.
