Dan, After a lengthy explanation of "the above contractual commitments to the sale price of these parcels that I arrive at the $36.5 million value" the justification for this BONUS of $36.5 million; I asked Terry Reidy how he carried this item on the books, was it a receivable. At this point James Aaron said and council & Reidy concurred that this isn't a receivable, but a contractual obligation of the developer.
