1. how much did the city lose in taxes over the 15 years on
this...failure to build.
2. If the ENTIRE length of Springwood were "cleaned up" back to 35-
you'd have another entrance into the future AP. Then again, the same
thing has to be done on Asbury Ave. Speaking of Asbury Ave...how
about the corner of Asbury and Main - the gas station - someone
should get them to clean the place up. Just my gripe.
3. The Springwood ave Redevelopment should be put out again for bids-
now that everyone has some idea what the old developer wants and
what the city will get AND more importantly, what others feel is good
for the area - recreation, stores with lofts above etc. You jsut
might get some interesting proposals PLUS there are some tax
incentives....
