i remember something about the passage way too, i think it was april 2005. but i think the "passage" is already done. keep in mind theres probably a difference in what the people, and the fishmans cosider a "passage". does the contract say any specifics about it? i dont remember. if you looked in the casino last summer, you could see a straight line of scafalling (sp) going from door to door. it had wood planks on top, like a tunnel effect. im pretty sure thats the passage. its there, im sure in the summer when its nice out, there gonn say walk through, if you want to.
