I am very encouraged to hear you speak this way. Please post what
occurs since I am in Europe and can't be there. It seems like those of
us who are making critical assessments (and not simply ranting) is
beginning to have an effect. I hear Tommy DeSeno is going to write an
expose' to expose me. I can't wait to find out what I have done. What
kind of law does he practice? He appears to speak a lot about eminent
domain but all I can find on the web is about ambulance chasing.

Last year Asbury Partners was in front of the planning board and
received approvals for the First Avenue pavilion. Two years ago they
asked for and received approvals for the Third Avenue Pavilion.
(Cadillac Ranch)... All the work that went into both the process and
construction at both pavilions last year and the year before have
resulted in virtually zero progress at either pavilion. Will anything
be different this time around? Come to the planning board meeting
tonight at 7 pm and find out what the plans are and learn the excuses
for why the original work was never completed last year or the year
before that. Will we have an operating beachfront and boardwalk this
summer or is it time for someone else to take charge?
