Regarding the correlation between lack of education and corruption, I'm
assuming the correlation you speak of shows that the less education one has the
more likely they are to be corrupt. (You weren't clear which is unusual for
you.) Do you have any knowledge of either Mr. Weldon's or Councilman Hamilton's
educational experience -- college or otherwise?
