I am sorry, but I find this $30 million figure to be unbelievable. I
know it is a long time ago (10 years), but again I note that Disney
spent around $34 million to restore the New Amsterdam Theatre. That
was an infinitely more complex restoration (plasterwork, etc.). I
think for $10 million you could do wonders for the Casino.
