It's understandable that current council, when newly elected, were
eager to enter into the agreement sold to them by the then city
manager Terry Weldon, I understand why James Aaron assisted Weldon in
this effort, he was paid to by The Fishman, I understand Fishman
demanding and getting everything he could and paying as little as
possible then, and now; what I don't understand is council's refusal
upon learning, the FBI had arrested Weldon, not having second thoughts
about their action, not obtaining independent legal advice, not
checking with the county or federal prosecutor into the possibility
council had been defrauded, not, at minimum, being on guard re Fishman
and his fulfilling every requirement of this horribly one-sided deal.
Everything else, I understand.
